Every time you hire someone new and add them to Know Your Team, we’ll send off our Icebreakers.
And (2) “Work Preferences,” 10 – 25 insightful questions that reveal each person’s working style. Some examples of the work preferences questions we include in Know Your Team are:
- How do you tend to organize your workday?
- What’s your favorite way to decompress after work?
- How would you describe your communication style?
- What do you tend to pick up very quickly, compared to others?
- What do you tend to have a longer learning curve around, compared to others?

The prompt to answer the Icebreakers – both the Fun Fact Questions and Work Preferences Survey – are sent via email or Slack, and everyone gets to see each others’ answers to it.
