Sidebar Design
In the sidebar, you’ll see your organization-wide tools like One-on-ones and Performance Feedback available in the top left for quick access, while team-wide tools + team members are available as drop-downs below:
Easier Viewing + Intuitive Scrolling
We’re making updates to make viewing easier on any device and screen size. (Yes! We’re even more mobile-friendly!)
Additionally, we’re insetting all activity in self-contained scrolling so you’ll always have your sidebar features available:
3 Tips to Getting Started
#1: Pin Team Tools to Sidebar
Customize your sidebar by pinning frequently-used tools from any team for quick access.
Simply choose the team > Select tool > Click the pin button on the right top right corner:
#2: Pin Team Members
Keep your direct reports or team members’ profiles easily accessible by pinning them as well!
Go to People > Select team member > Click the pin button in top right corner:
#3: Use Quick Navigation
On the sidebar, use our quick navigation search to jump to any features, people, or settings:
