Do you offer monthly plans?

At this time, we only offer annual plans.

You can cancel at Know Your Team anytime, no questions asked.

What’s your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our Training subscriptions. If for any reason you don’t want to continue paying, email us at support@knowyourteam.com within the window of purchase and we’ll refund you for the entire plan, no questions asked.

What’s your privacy policy?

We take privacy extremely seriously, and comply with GDPR. You can read our privacy policy in full here.

How does your Manager Training for Organizations pricing work?

Our Training pricing is typically $125 per person/per month, billed annually. However, if you have 5+ managers in your organization, we offer volume discounts. Please reach out to us here for a custom quote.

I have multiple managers I want to enroll in your Manager Training, is there volume pricing?

Absolutely. Our Training product is especially beneficial for organizations who want to instill consistent frameworks organization-wide and have scalable on-demand leadership training. If you have 5+ managers, please reach out to us here for a custom quote.

Can I purchase the Manager Training product for someone else?

Yes! As an account admininstrator, you can decide which users are subscribed to Training. You can add, remove, or swap users at any point.

Do you offer custom leadership training solutions for organizations?

Yes, definitely. We’ve trained over 20,000 people over the past 8+ years — including building custom leadership training programs for organizations. If you’re interested in bringing custom version of our Training to your organization, reach out to us here and let us know roughly the extent of the customization you had in mind.

How does your Manager Training pricing work?

Our Training pricing is $125 per person/per month, billed annually. If you’d like another manager in your organization to also have access to the Training, you can purchase a user seat for them at the same rate. Any new charges will be appropriately prorated depending on the time of year you add a new user seat. If you remove a team member, that user seat will remain open for the another team member to use who you can add to your Training account.

Is this something I could get reimbursed by my employer?

Absolutely! Many organizations have an L&D or education budget that you can use to cover the cost of our Training. Here are some tips on how to get our Training reimbursed by your organization.

I know you used to offer public Events and Guides that I could purchase access to… Where can I get those?

Those resources are now included in our Training product, in order to provide the most comprehensive learning solution for leaders. To access them, along with the rest of the Training product, you can sign-up for a free Training trial here.

I’m already a Know Your Team customer, how can I add a Manager Training subscription?
